Noah Herschman is a Senior Retail Industry Architect for Microsoft based in Hong Kong. He works with global online and offline retailers to digitally transform their operations in order to optimize customer experience and maximize sales, cashflow and profit.
Noah has more than 35 years of online and offline retail experience within a number of retail functions including merchandising/buying, marketing/CRM, supply chain/operations and sales management. Before joining Microsoft, he has held leadership positions at Amazon, eBay, Groupon and China’s DH Gate.
